Payment facilities
Fees
Lunch and coffees of PROMIS members are covered by central funds.
Additional expenses such as gala dinner (60€ per person), trip, accommodation, etc. are to be paid by individual budgets.
A 60€/day fee is to be paid by non-PROMIS attendants.
Payment procedure
Once your registration form is received ‘B the travel brand’ agency will contact you with detailed instructions for the payment.
